      Entrevista

      1. After applying on the website, a recruiter reached out for an initial 30-minute conversation. I was asked about my motivation and goals and provided clear outlines of Affirm's application process and compensation package. 2. The recruiter then arranged a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. This pleasant exchange provided me with a deeper insight into the role and included a few formal behavioral interview questions. 3. The next step was a take-home case study with a 48-hour timeframe. The assignment included three tasks based on a transcript of a call between an agent and a customer. 4. Finally, there was an "on-site" interview via Zoom. A full afternoon kicked off with a brief meeting with the recruiting coordinator to ensure video and sound were working correctly. Five separate 30-minute interviews followed with members and management of related teams, each of whom provided more insight into Affirm, asked a few behavioral questions, and gave me a chance for questions at the end. The afternoon ended with a wrap-up with my recruiter, who checked in on how I was feeling about everything, if I had any more questions, and explained the next steps.
