Entrevista
There were multiple steps in the interview process which includes a couple of phone interviews and finally an on site interview with multiple individuals. The interview process was easy to navigate due to the strong communication from the hiring department. I always felt like I knew what the next steps were and they were very responsive if I had any questions.

A series of behavioral and situational questions were asked around communication, leadership, problem solving and building a culture.
I feel led on by the recruiter who kept saying positive things about my interview performance just to give the role to someone else. The sheer volume of interviews I completed was outrageous for what the role is.

Entrevista
First round - hiring Manager
Second round - system design with a staff engineer. Extremely unprofessional, dismissive and condescending. I knew in the first 5 mins that I will not be going to next round.

Applied and received call from recruiter 7 days after application. Initial phone interview scheduled with recruiter; second phone interview scheduled with hiring manager 4 days later. Next day received generic rejection email.
