I believe the interview process has changed since I interviewed, but when I came on board they did group interviews. During the interview process they administered a written test and a typing test. If you passed the written test you were invited in for a one-on-one interview.

Applied received a call a day later. Had the interview two days later after the call. At the interview We did an IQ test then HR called the names of everyone that could leave for the day. Told them they would be contacted. The four of us that were left proceeded to take a typing assessment then after that a behavioral assessment. Then had a 2nd interview with the manager.
