I first interviewed with a manager over the phone for about an hour. The interview was very thorough. I felt like the manager and I were on the same page and had a lot of common professional interest. They seemed to have the values that I hold dearly of treating each other with respect, being honest, and doing what is best for the customer. I was then flown in for a face-to-face interview. I was more impressed with the interviewer having met him. It didn't seem like an interview as much as it was a discussion. I felt very comfortable and the interviewer did a great job answering all of my questions. I also got to meet with several people in the company which really helped me come to a decision about working here. From the first phone interview to the final negotiations, I felt very good about Advocate Digital Media.
