I guess the company is not sure of what they are looking for! As per their requirement, I am more than qualified but got feedback that they are looking for more experience and senior. If this is the case, please update your Job Description so that candidates may apply based on it. Don't waste others' time or have the courtesy to provide relevant feedback.
