My interview experience with AEyeSafe was unfortunately disappointing. While I was initially interested in the role and appreciated being considered, the process quickly raised concerns. The interviewer asked several personal questions that felt invasive and unrelated to the position or my professional background. The tone of the interview was at times dismissive, and I did not feel that I was being treated with the respect or professionalism typically expected in a job interview setting. There was also a lack of clear structure or transparency about the process, which made it difficult to understand expectations or next steps. Overall, I left the interview feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope the company will consider providing more training on appropriate and professional interview conduct in the future.
