Interviewed by CSS and one other CSA. I thought the CSA was the CSS because the real CSS didn't say much, and sat there with a scowl on her face. CSS has no interviewing skills, leaving me with a bad first impression. The CSA ran with most of the questions, but made eye contact with both and got warm response from CSA, but CSS was absolutely dead in the eyes and I just couldn't warm to her. Thought it went terrible due to inability to connect with the manager, surprised to get an offer at the end of process. Realize years later after working with her that it's not me. :)

The interview process seemed a little unorganized to me. The interview process was not very hard, which leads me to believe that they will hire just about anyone who seems like they are reasonable presentable and can schmoosh over an interview.

Entrevista
I was referred to the company by a friend who was a current internal employee. She put me in contact with the NW Internal Recruiter. We spoke on the phone on two different occasions, exchanged emails and then she set me up with an interview with the CSS (CSA Supervisor). I met with the CSS, who was super warm and friendly. She then scheduled me to come in on a Shadow Day. I met with the CSS once more, potential team members, two AMs and the DBO. I heard within two days that I got the job.
