Entrevista
After being a recruiter and meeting milestones, you have to interview for higher up positions internally.
Interview is with a panel of your director and tenured managers.
Questions will pertain to why you are ready for the promotion from recruiter to sales/account manager

Tell me about when you had a disagreement with a manager and how it was resolved.
Relatively easy. One in person interview and a couple hours of shadowing. After that you would have an off site meeting with other account managers or recruiters before an offer was made.

Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.

Entrevista
Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.
