Started with a phone call, and they ask you behavioral questions. Then, if they like you over the phone, they set you up for an in person interview, just to make sure they actually like you. They want sheep; they want someone who will follow and who is willing to work 50+ hrs a week and not question why, or their pay.

They look for college grads. If you graduated in something that doesn't relate to recruiting or selling at all, they question that. Ex) "I see you've graduated with a degree in physics, why is it that you seeked out this opportunity to become a recruiter?"

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
