A recruiter does a phone screening, schedules an in person interview, and then has you come in to float around for an hour and a half. The employees I floated around seemed really stressed and agitated, they kept saying there is always so much to do and not enough time to do it.

I was emailed all the information I need to so I could do some research on the company before my interview. They actually went through the interview process with me to make sure I was the right person for the job.
