Entrevista
The first interviews will be two phone screens with an internal recruiter and from their you will meet with Account Managers and a Director of Business Operations. You will see both morning and afternoon all office meetings. Be sure to introduce yourself to everyone and do what you can to rememeber names. Always wear full professional attire.

The biggest things you will want to cover is why you want sales and why you want to work with Aerotek. You will also be asked about your passions and your "why".

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
