I was looking for a position shortly after graduating college. I got a call from one of these recruiters after posting my resume on Monster. The interview was simple; It consisted of a face to face interview in person with a one of the recruiter. They asked basic questions about you such as your experience, skills etc. Sometimes they will find positions for you on the spot but that didn't happen with me. Most positions they find for you are temp-to-hire positions with potential of becoming permanent after a few months. The next day after interview I get a call for an offer which I declined due to lack of interest in the position.
