Entrevista
The interview process was rather seamless. I submitted an application on the company's website on a Monday and received a call back with Interview details such as time, location etc on Wednesday. The interview itself was rather casual. It was an organic conversation with the interviewer and I. The interviewer asked professional questions such as: Where I was from? What school did I attend? What degree did I possess? What were my roles and responsibilities at my former job? How did I handle conflict and/or working with a difficult employee? After the actual interview I needed to setup banking information, tax forms, and sign a few employee documents via company's website portal that was emailed to me.

It was a great experience and I was asked your normal interview questions. I had a follow up interview the same week and was hired on at that second interview

The interview process was straight forward and personable. It actually was one of my favorite interviews considering my recruiter was genuine and transparent. During the second interview I was treated out to lunch and that really made an impression on me.

Because they were not thinking deeply about the interview, they failed to notice when they gave a bad or rambling answer. Underprepared people often ask superficial questions that would not be asked by someone better prepared. The “C student” gets ruled out in that moment, but fails to notice because the hiring manager will almost always answer their idiotic question politely. Consequently, the “C student” often walks out of an interview thinking they nailed it. This was a good interview
