I went through Aerotek for an interview. Unfortunately, my recruiter was incredibly uniformed about the position that I was interviewing for and therefore mislead me a lot. One of the biggest concerns that I had about the position based on the job description was the field it was in, which I told the recruiter multiple times was NOT what I wanted to go into. She proceeded to ignore me and tell me how to present myself to the employer so they wouldn't know that I wasn't interested in what they did, but could instead focus on nailing the interview, regardless of not wanting the job in the first place. My interview with the company was actually incredibly good, but he had to spend about 20 minutes just explaining what the job was. He was also very displeased with Aerotek. In addition, the resume that had been given to the company was one that was 2 versions older than my current resume, even though they were all on file with Aerotek.
