I felt relaxed during the interview which I must say, bothered me afterwards because I never experienced that before. My recruiter knew exactly what information she needed to obtained from our meeting which allowed her to extract the extraneous and get straight to point with her questions. I didn't feel judged on anything but my knowledge which in hindsight is why I felt so relaxed during the interview. At its conclusion I not only knew her expectations, but she even gave me pointers on my resume.
