Phone screen, 4-5 hour onsite. It was the most exhausting interview because they pack so many questions in and it was not fun like all my other interviews. I was disappointed about how I never got to see them interact with each other. I appreciate interviews with 2+ interviewers at once a lot, but Aerotech did one by one through 4 interviewers. Their total lack of communication between each other and myself really pissed me off. Basically, they told me one thing then did another, but also did not tell me that they did the opposite of what they told me. The Head of Software Engineering seems like a great guy, but the rest I cannot say with the same certainty. Their pay seems really low compared to other Pittsburgh SE jobs. The workplace has cubicles with the highest walls I've ever seen; definitely not a place for someone who needs to be around other people. They take you to lunch after your interviews, which is nice, and makes up for much of how grueling the interview is.

Video Interview with basic verbally answered technical questions. Nothing too crazy or anything. Stuff like OOP concepts and such. Interview is with two people from the tech team. Rather scripted interview but it was alright.
