Went to co-op fair, spoke to them about my interest, and gave them my resume. Received an email a few days later saying they reviewed my resume and wanted me to send them my transcripts and take a personality test. After completing those, I heard back the following week that they were interested and interviewed early in the morning two days later. Began with a fairly easy fifteen minute timed programming test. Next completed a twelve-minute timed IQ-style test. Spoke with a manager who asked typical interview questions about interests and motivations. Manager then asked me to explain several CS concepts, concepts typically learned in junior-level coursework. Entire process lasted three hours.
