I'd recommend revising your existing knowledge of quality procedures in your current role. I would revise your existing process for supplier onboarding, supplier monitoring (any KPI's you've contributed to), if one has manufacturing quality experience that would definitely be great to speak about - mention your involvement like what one does day-to-day. Finally they might ask about a time when you lead a project, if you've taken part in any continuous improvement initiatives. They'll definitely ask about your auditing history, if you've conducted an audit. Because that will be a big part of the role. Like on average auditing every quarter.
