There was 2 technical rounds followed by 1 managerial round and 1 hr or salary negotiation rounds. Technical rounds were average and interviewers were nice. Interview process and offer release took around three weeks.

Applied online and received a prompt reply from their HR department to set up an HR screen where we talked about the role and my compensation expectations. They made it clear that the compensation was too high for them, but maybe with bonus and options their total might be in the same ballpark. I knew what i was asking was pretty typical for a base salary in the valley so I was surprised, but their technology area is very interesting so I agreed to proceed. I spoke with a hiring manager who seems somewhat disinterested, and was surprised to h ear they wanted to proceed. I was already having misgivings, when two other companies I had been interviewing with came in with very strong offers. When I called Aeris HR to decline proceeding, they wanted to know what my offers were, and when I told her she did not hesitate to say they can beat them. This was about 40% higher than the numbers that they were previously unable to reach. I confirmed that I was no longer proceeding and ended the discussion.
