During 1st discussion with HR, before HR scheduling the interview, I clearly asked for a 30% hike as per market standards and HR agreed and processed my profile for the technical panel for further discussion and I cleared 3 technical rounds including customer and HR called me for discussion and started bargaining like Vegetable seller like we can offer only 13 % hike, How did HR bring me to the technical discussion if there is no budget ? I asked for a 30% standard hike during the 1st discussion. At the end of the discussion, HR asked to make a decision and confirm, I said I am not interested with a 13% hike. Immediately HR replied a loud "Thank you so Much" with an arrogant voice. What kind of attitude and bossisam during the HR discussion? I don't know how many years of experience that HR has carried. I never ever seen a HR with that kind of attitude. Worst experience.
