This interview is followed up by an online questions to fill out that are pretty general. It seems like the online portion is a formality. It definitely helps to have interned at Aegis or another advertising agency prior to being hired. They have a great internship program so they definitely like to look for candidates that have interned with Aegis or held an internship in a similar industry. They want to see interest, passion, and a positive and go-getter personality. To be a good account executive, you must be personable, accountable, great at multi-tasking, and tactful about conflicts that may arise. This has to do with being a good communicator and this should come through in the interview.
