The interview process was very comprehensive. This involved a Client round too. Well coordinated. There was initially a telephonic screening, followed by Client round of interview, followed by a PI with the HR Head and then the offer was released.

I waited for 3 hrs on day 1 and was told the VP Hr is busy my interview was rescheduled to day 2 again waited for an 1.5 hrs and then was told the VP Hr would not be meeting me however the newly appointed HR Manager would meet me.My interview with the Hr Manager went on well and i was asked to meet the Manager Training i had a brief chat with the Manager and she did not ask me any technical questions and finally i was rejected as i am a freelancer and the feedback given to my consultant was that i have no team handling experience,I have worked for 17 years and have handled teams just because i am a freelancer does not mean that i cannot handle teams
