At the moment Aegis is hiring a ton of people. I went in to fill out an application. They have a small hectic, lobby with about 5 computers, six chairs, & a hallway with more chairs. A bunch of people standing around, no quiet or privacy for testing. I was given a simple application, filled it out, then had to turn around and fill out the same thing on the computer. After that an interview was scheduled for first thing the next morning.
To say they are unorganized is an understatement. I waited almost two hours before I had my first interview. It was really basic and quick. I was then brought out to take an online, minute long typing test, and a timed 50 question assessment.
With the assessment, no questions could be left blank, they didn't want you to spend too much time on one question, & it doesn't matter if you finish it. There were a few math questions, number sequencing, similar and opposite words, and IQ questions. Like, there was a picture of one side of a cube, and you had to pick which three pictures would make up that one side, and only the same color could overlap.
Afterwards, I waited for my second interview. It was also quick and simple. I was offered the job, taken to do the drug test onsite, and back to the lobby to wait.
After waiting for quite sometime, I was told they would be in touch because the next class did not start until September. I'm guessing they had just filled their class with the ton of people before me. All in all it was simple, but I was there for three hours. The majority was just waiting.
