Nice and comfortable. I met Hiring manager and HR manager. Their focus was around long term relationship with the employee. I was also looking for a long term opportunity so it was perfect match. My second interview was at site with site manager and Project controls lead. Which also went easy. The lead asked me some technical questions about project management. The site manager was mostly focused around fast paced work environment. I was very happy to receive the offer and did not negotiate the salary.
