Application was quick and easy with a resume upload via their website. From there, I had a phone call with their recruiter, followed by phone calls with a person in a similar role and the hiring manager. From that point, I was invited to participate in a practical assignment which gave a good picture of the role and helped me realize it was not aligned with my goals.
