Worst ever interview experience. I was contacted to book a time slot based on the interviewer schedule. The interviewer joined the call complaining it was very early in the day for her while I had scheduled the particular call as per her convenience. I had prepared really well and spent a lot of time and the interviewer did not even spend 10 mins to discuss the position / role with me. Its possible that they might have already shortlisted someone but the least I expected was to value and respect me as a candidate who applied for the role and they reached out to me schedule the interview. Really hopeless and unprofessional situation and not expected from a company like them. Since the company holds so much importance on their values and formula - the company needs to look into the hiring process!
