Not too complicated. There is a Hr preliminary call, hackerrank test, technical interview based on the test, hiring manager interview. Lasts as long as you choose since they respond pretty quickly

Pretty smooth experience, recruiter was very good, 5 rounds in total, online test, screening, DSA, system Design, leadership discussion, global leadership round, which was with CTO of adyen,so great overall
I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.
