Five step procedure, a lot of flexibility around dates. The procedure starts with a programming test. Then, this is the basis for the second interview. Rest of the interviews were mostly focused on my previous experiences.

How would you design a globally unique identifier?
I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.

Based on the job description, which required skills does this person have?
Pretty standard in tech company in NL. This what was the recruiter told me:
- Apply through job portal
- Recruiter call
- Tech interviews
- Offer
I failed after some interviews and no feedback despite asking
Eliminated at Recruiter screening, apparently I did not answer what the recruiter wanted to hear exactly, they come with a script that they read and I suppose your answer is also written in the script, fail to say the keywords and they elimnate you.
Recruiter clearly was on a rush and did not even explain next steps properly.
