The interview process takes a long time as planning the interviews takes forever. Also, there was no follow-up after the interview while I was told that I made it to the next round. Even after reaching out to them they would just ignore me.

The process has 4 stages. The first one was with the team and was very pleasant to attend, the second phase was an interview with two team leads to present 5 Cases. One of the interviewers was very respectful, but the second (a guy) was not even paying attention to the explanation. Beyond that, when they opened for questions I had to repeat the questions because he was not listening at all. The second interviewer was very disrespectful for not paying attention to the questions or the presentation. The 5 cases took a lot of time to be solved and put inside the presentation. I'm glad to not have a person like this as Team Lead. I really had a better perception of other great Team Leads at Adyen.
