This is definitely not a review of our company. We do not conduct "ride along interviews". To my knowledge there is no insurance coverage for "snow/ice damage", so that would not be a part of our interview process. Also, the job opening this reviewer is referring to was created 2 days ago. We haven't even started the phone interview phase for this opening so we certainly haven't performed any in person interviews yet. There is another construction company with a similar sounding name and that may have confused the reviewer, or this is just totally fabricated.
