The interview was unexpected. The whole management staff interviewed me. I felt confident I was the right fit for this job when I got the position! I presented my portfolio in a professional manner. AOS was very accommodating. I was able to come during the evening because of my schedule. I then got a call for the second interview. This is when the managers and Jim Kelly sat with me discussing my experience. My salary was discussed and I accepted. I was very happy to receive the benefit package offered by AOS. I was happy to have a Design job in this area because they are very hard to find.

When in got there I thought the building was abandoned. I sat down with a manager who sat as Far away from me at the conference table as possible. She was kinda like annoyed with me like , your interrupting my day for this!?... She asked several questions about me but mostly was concerned about at will employment and overtime. She looked at my portfolio and actually critiqued it like I was in art school again. So unprofessional I can't even tell you. I found out this person who interview me wasn't even a graphic designer....she used to work in retail...enough said. After that I met the CEO Jill Kelly who was terrible and he had a dog in his office which barked at me for most of the interview. He went though the motions and didn't look as me at all but kept typing emails or what every he does. After this I was offered a job with no rate discussed. After going back and for from the manager and CEO 4 times I was offered 10'dollars and hour. That's what sales clerks at Lowes make. I put in my two weeks at my job as they said I was needed ASAP. Then when I called the manager was like oops we don't need you for another 2 weeks. Needless to say there ignorance was unparalleled. I only lasted 2 months then I left because I was embarrassed to have my name attached to the place as well as the management being completely random for a an advertising environment.
