      The interview experience felt rushed and unstructured. The interviewer appeared to be trying to finish quickly before another meeting and frequently interrupted my responses, which made it difficult to fully explain my experience using structured examples. At times, the tone felt dismissive. My background was questioned as not aligning with the role, but I was not given sufficient opportunity to explain how my experience was relevant. The interviewer also indicated that there were already preferred candidates, which made the process feel less objective. There were moments that felt unprofessional, including responding to their phone during the interview and introducing topics unrelated to the role that did not seem appropriate for an interview setting. Feedback was often framed in a way that felt discouraging rather than constructive. Overall, the experience did not reflect a supportive or respectful interview environment. I would recommend a more structured and candidate-focused approach, allowing applicants the opportunity to fully communicate their qualifications.
