After the online application I was sent a link with 111 personality questions, 5 math problems and 5 reading comprehension questions. Mostly basic stuff for math except some triangle algebra question and the writing style for the passage.

interview was via video call with 4 to 5 people from different unit. most of the questions were situational so be prepared to know basic pharm and nursing interventions. duration of the interview was around 15-20 mins.

Interview was held via Google Meets. It was a panel style with about 5 different people (hiring managers, recruiters, etc). There were basic, situational and scenario questions. (The scenario questions were specific to the unit being interviewed for.)
