Interview was very standard. They wanted to get to know who I was as a person and if I aligned with the views of the company. I had a hand full of standard interview questions but was a little less formal. I have 2 interviews before getting and answer

The whole process was fairly quick and took about two weeks. I was asked about my previous experience, why I wanted the role, and a couple of situational questions. Would say it was a standard interview.

I applied online, and then was contacted by email for a phone interview. Then I scheduled for an in-person interview with several department managers. In all, was probably a 3-week process.
