I applied online which proceeded with a telephone interview with the manager. It wasn’t your typical stressful interview but very relaxed. The interviewer was following a set of questions that were pre written and would write my responses. I felt comfortable during the whole process. After a few days I had an in person interview with manager.

It was pretty easy I did not study too hard for it and the questions were easy enough that I could make up on the fly. They asked about myself and then why I would fit in there as well as how I would stand out. They asked what nursing meant to me and why I like to help people.

The initial interview was set up on the phone, and I was asked to come to a job fair for an interview. I interview with the manager of a unit and then I am told there are no open positions. The recruiter then takes me to another manager who hires me on the spot or so I thought. After several weeks of chasing them down to get more information about the position I finally get a recruiter who says I wasn't experienced enough for a position that is for new nurses. Completely unprofessional and unorganized.

recruiter reaches out to you once you passed the resume screening. They schedule the interview with the managers of the unit to which you applied. Then you shadow the unit and decide whether or not to accept if they send you an offer a few days later
