Called me on the phone to recruit me. Then told me they got my resume off the internet. Told me a bit about the job. I told them I needed more money and they gave it to me. The guy who called me was to be my manager and was for a little while before he left the company. They have a lot of turnover which is to be expected as the company does not treat employees well.
