Had 5 interviews with various management, and didn't even get the courtesy to let me know that I was no longer being considered. I had to follow up several times to even get a response. Appears to me that the HR and TA Department is in disseray. I went in optimistic even though their reputation is not good. Appears as if still not any better after all these years of a poor reputation.
