The interview process consisted of three steps. The first was an interview with the HR and it was more or less like any other first interview. The difference with other first interviews I had in the past, is that people at Advantage somehow manage to remove all the stress out of you and make you feel extremely comfortable by allowing you to be yourself. Step No2 was the technical interview with two experienced developers leading their own team. There were many questions in this step, but again, they managed to make you feel comfortable even when there was a question you could not answer. The questions at this stage concerned both the development part and the architecture. They gave me enough time to ask my own questions and they were extremely friendly and polite throughout the process. The last step of the interview was with the company's CTO and the Java developers manager and it was shorter than the previous two. We had a chat about the culture, the technologies they use and the goals of the team.

There were 3 Interviews. First one with hr Second one was after making a mini java project and reviewing it, plus technical questions and one final with the team manager.
