Recruiter reached out via LI, scheduled a screen call, then scheduled a first round interview, then had me do an (extremely tedious) online personality assessment, then tells me I don't have enough experience for the job. Lady, YOU reached out to ME. Those two calls could have easily been one, and if I didn't have the experience, you could have identified that in 5 minutes of talking to me, or by doing 5 minutes of research on the companies on my LI profile or resume.
