Multiphase interview process. First was a panel interview which was a typical formal interview process. The second was lunch, 1:1 with a manager, and much less formal. The process for me was pretty typical compared to other interviews across multiple industries

It was mostly situational. How do you handle certain scenarios with clients? How do you handle difficult clients? Are you comfortable presenting? Etc

The interview process at ATG-MSC was very unique. I felt as if it were tailored specifically for me. While it took a bit longer than I was used to at other companies, that ensured I was not only the right fit for ATG but that I was also truly invested and wanted to be part of ATG (6 months total). I also appreciated the fact that they were matching an upcoming project with my current skillset prior to bringing me onto the team, rather than bringing me on with nothing to do.
I had two initial 1:1 interviews, a panel, another 'presentation' panel interview, then a final 1:1 interview in the course of the 6 months. This helped to prepare me as a consultant, too - being put in a lot of stressful situations with clients I felt ready on day 1!
