The HR/Recruiter staff member reached out to me pretty quickly after I submitted my application to schedule an initial screener and proceeded to schedule the second interview during the screener call - which was great. However, during the second interview with the hiring manager, she had me walk her through my resume which I thought was a very odd interviewing strategy and she had clearly not reviewed my resume or prepped any questions beforehand. Almost two weeks went by with no word so I reached out to the recruiter to ask what the status of my application was. She said they had moved on to other candidates, which is fine, but not contacting me at all after doing two interviews with them is really unprofessional. Overall, a pretty off-putting experience.
