This was my second interview for different position at ASE Global. For those who attend the first interview need to take some basic competency assessments, which usually including English, logic, math, and physics. Some may have extra or different subjects. After or sometimes before finishing the assessments, the applicants would be asked to move to another room for the first interview with professional managers. This part is just like the normal interview process, starting with self-intro, being asked questions related to your resume and the job, and trying to understand the job as much as possible. The second interview with HR would be conducted at the same day. In this part, basically, HR would ask questions related to your willing and salary expectation.
