It was your basic interview process. 20 minutes long. Everyone was extremely friendly and this set me at ease from the second I walked in therefore making the interview process a breeze.. everyone from the office manager when I first walked through the doors, all the way to one of the heads of the company who was conducting the interview process that day we're extremely easy to talk to!

'growth opportunity within the company (which ties in with getting back effort you put in)' ' work/life balance (importance of liking where you work/what you do/feeling a connection with your co-workers and part of a team ) and if Im not mistaken I believe the last was 'starting salary' ----- > interview was about five months ago.
