I had a total of 3 interviews, which I would think was a good sign however the hiring manager informed me that she would reach out on a certain day with an update and then just completely disappeared. I was shocked that this is how she handled telling candidates they didn’t get the job as the entire interview she kept informing me that they need someone with consistency and follow through. The company its self is outstanding but regardless I would probably decline this job just based off the fact that I wouldn’t want to work for a regional that said they were going to do something and then completely avoid me at all cost.
