Go through the paper work, the manager makes us sign the paper; competence agreement. The manager told all of us not to worry and this doesn't mean anything, but it did. The company has lost the contract with the facility we all worked and we all got let go and because of the agreement we has signed, we all lost our jobs and are not able to work at this same facility for a year!
