I first received a phone call with some pre-screening questions. Got an in-person interview quickly afterwards. Interviewed with one of the managers (very easy interview, but made some unprofessional comments about the work environment and other employees). I was then given a tour around the facility and the lab. The lab is literally in the middle of an industrial warehouse and doesn't appear to be clean or safe. I was asked to come back for a second interview but declined.
