simple explanation of skillset and availability. assumed to be peers, interviewing not only for qualifications, but also personality, as should be expected. Proforce does not employ technically proficient, or from my experience, any type of proficiency level in any field, people. a baked potato would amaze their staff.

Probably the biggest waste of my time. This company fools young and naive graduates lacking in work experience into low entry level roles. Pay salary is 40k base with 10-20% commission. Everyone is forced to an education day (assessment centre). I was convinced to go because I was told there would be grad roles in the area I wanted to work in. They should just be honest and up front that the company ONLY hires for low entry corporate sales roles. If you want to get into marketing they tell you corporate sales IS marketing. All account managers are usually early 20s. I’ve been called up several times at bad times for a role that I am supposedly great for. When I call back the account managers either do not return the call until 2 days later or don’t return your call at all. Then they don’t communicate to you when they have filled up the interviewee spots even though you’ve chased up several times. Account managers may speak confidently but don’t let that fool you about the substance of what they say. They’re usually people who worked in retail until last year and act like they know everything about the hiring process.
Assessment day is a joke. You’re told propertive employers will be there. One of the prospective employers wore a jumper and jeans. They’re fairly savage in rejection of people who didn’t pass assessment day. They split people up in successful and not successful rooms. Then students are told in person on the spot that they did not make it. All negative reviews are likely to be an accurate depiction of how the company operates.
Proforce also charge graduate employees a training fee because they train graduates in skills for first year. Probably why your salary is so low.
Proforce also used to be called Prograd. But they had to change their name because the company experienced so much negative reviews online it impacted the brand. There may be some selective success stories but don’t get fooled into that illusion. Students, cover your basis and don’t consider this place.
