Actively recruited while working at a competitor. Applied for position online and began formal hiring process. Interviewed with a panel consisting of an HR representative, the District manager I would work directly for and a District manager from an adjacent district. However, many General manager interviews are now held with the Hiring manager, and high performing General managers who will be your peers if hired. A business acumen test is also administered either before or after the interview. If the interview goes well and an offer is extended many of the Regional Vice presidents want to conduct a phone interview before the hiring is finalized. Their interview is typically a condensed version of the panel interview.

All interview questions are behavioral based questions asking for how the applicant responded in certain situations form their past. Such as describe a time in which you had problem you could not solve and tell us what you did and what was the outcome.
The end of the interview usually ends in an upset customer role playing scenario. It is vital to get into the role and remember that the customer is always right.
