      Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en AdvaMed (Washington, DC)

      Entrevista

      Met with 5 people who all ask you the exact same questions so you have to repeat yourself multiple times the whole interview. The interview was supposed to be an hour and 30 minutes but turned into 3 hours because the Human Resource director had me waiting a whole hour because he failed to properly schedule his meetings. He was finishing up a meeting while he was supposed to be meeting with me and kept me waiting over an hour in a room by myself. I was not given the option to come back at another time but instead was asked to wait until his more important meeting was over. This just shows that the person this company put in charge of HR has zero respect for new candidates who were invited to come in for an interview.

      Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I am sorry that you had a negative interviewing experience here at AdvaMed. Although unforeseen things happen, we recognize that employees (and potential employees) are our most valuable resource. I agree that interviews should happen on time and should be rescheduled when necessary. We have often received very good feedback from candidates regarding how organized and professional the process was. We will continue to do our best to ensure that each interview is a positive candidate experience.
