The interview process was very efficient and well managed, Josh and the team did a great job of organising the interview stages and making me feel at ease throughout. He gave me plenty of information to help me prepare for each stage and talked me through exactly what the team were looking for. We got through all 4 interview stages within a week and Josh was brilliant at providing the feedback and then walking me through the next steps.

It was a 4 stage interview process: 1) Recruiter discovery call 2) Meeting with Team Manager/Director 3) Role play call and further questions 4) Culture call. Josh ensured the interview process was informative and that I knew what to expect at each stage. Everyone I met at each stage was engaged, welcoming and transparent with the process. Particularly, the culture call felt like the team wanted to get to know me beyond my CV to ensure that I was the right fit for the role - but also that the company was the right fit for me. Very positive.
